The following terms of use apply only to the use of and purchases from Ultravation, Inc.’s on-line store website at www.ultravationstore.com. The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise (“Product”) or to browse our website. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ultravationstore.com.

Genuine Ultravation Products

The products sold on this website are genunine Ultravation products and carry full Ultravation brand warranties as applies to the individual product.

We provide our website and its contents on an “AS IS” basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.

Errors on our website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product’s price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Limitations and exclusions

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Payment types we accept online

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we’ll accept one credit card for each order. We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases.

Sales tax policy

We do business throughout the United States and collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Orders placed for delivery in the State of Vermont will be charged 6% sales tax on the final amount of the sale including shipping and handling in accordance with Vermont State law. You may be responsible for any Use taxes in your state.

Returns

Our goal is your satisfaction and if something has gone wrong we are here to help. Please call us at 866 279 7110 or write to customerservice@ultravationstore.com with any issue you may be having with your purchase from Ultravationstore.com.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM Eastern. If you need to return your purchase, contact us and we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and an address to ship to.

Specific policies:

Refunds must be completed within 30 days of original purchase shipping date.

Returns for refund for non-defective products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled after the ship date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees.

If we are replacing a defective or product we will ship it at no charge. Proof that the product is defective may be required. If the defective product is to be returned we will pay return shipping charges.

If you are returning a non-defective product, it must be in like-new condition and shipped in the original packaging. You may be responsible for shipping charges.

For any return, replacement, or exchange of an item, you must contact us for an RMA number first.
